We offer a variety of shipping options to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly. Available shipping methods include LBC and Grab Express. Shipping costs will be calculated based on the courier chosen. The buyer will shoulder the shipping cost. 

Orders are processed once the full payment or layaway balance is received and cleared. Our team aims to process orders within 2-3 business days from the date of payment.

 

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method chosen and the destination. Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen events.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

RETURN POLICY

We are committed to offering only 100% authentic products. Every item in our inventory is carefully sourced and verified to ensure it meets the highest standards of authenticity and quality. Our team works diligently to verify the authenticity of all products before they are made available for sale. We use a combination of expert assessments and documentation to ensure that each item is genuine.

If have purchased an item from us and believe it to be counterfeit, we offer a money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:

  • Proof of Authenticity: You must provide a valid authentication certificate from Entrupy, a recognized authority in verifying luxury items, proving that the item is counterfeit.

  • Return Request: Your request for a refund must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.

  • Documentation: Submit a copy of the authentication certificate along with your original purchase receipt and any relevant documentation.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 3 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.​

Non-Refundable

All sale are final. Pre-ordered handbags, shoes, and jewelry are not returnable unless proven to be fake. If you have any queries or problems concerning your order, please get in touch.

Layaway Purchases

  • No Refunds: All payments made under the layaway plan are non-refundable. Once you enter into a layaway agreement and make payments, you forfeit the right to a refund if you choose to cancel the layaway or if you do not complete the payment within the agreed period.
