  • Do you sell brand new items?
    Of course we do! If you are looking for a specific item, just get it touch with our team, and we will make that happen.
  • What is your layaway policy?
    Our layaway policy allows customers to reserve an item by paying a deposit and completing the full payment within 3 months. You may check our Layaway Policy for a more information.
  • Do you have a physical store?
    Unfortunately, at this stage of our business, we currently do not have a physical store. However, our team is available for meet ups around the metro for you to view and inspect the items.
  • What is your refund policy?
    All sales are final. We do offer refund for items that has been proven fake. You may check our Refund Policy for a more detailed information.
  • How do you guarantee items are authentic?
    All of our bags and other items are thoroughly inspected by our team who has gone intensive training to make sure that the products we have are all authentic. In addition to that, you may request an authentication certificate from us. These certificates are issued by third-parties such as LegitGrails, Bababebi, and Zeko. We only use these 3 authentication services. If you are still skeptical, FRET NOT! We do offer 100% Money Back for items that has been proven to be fake.
  • Do you accept Consignments?
    Unfortunately, at this stage of our business, we do not accept consignments.
